Zip Wall System

New home  using a Zip Wall System. It is a higher grade of sheathing and it provides another waterproof barrier in addition to the waterproof wrap to protect against mold and moisture problems. Although this add some cost to the job the benefits far out weigh the costs. I recommend this on most of the projects we do. I would be happy to discuss the benefits on your next project.
